I bought an E3 with a doubles seat. I know the doubles seat has a 33lb weight limit when used in the rear position, but does it have the same limit when used on top with the infant laying flat in the regular seat? I can't seem to find a consistent answer to this. Thanks!

From what I understand yes, the toddler seat, regardless of which position it is used in, has a 33lb limit. The main seat has a 55lb limit.

This is from my "Sport Survival Guide" (manual) regarding the weight limits on the stroller:
"Buggy in single or BABY & TODDLER configuration is intended for children up to 4 years or maximum weight of 88lbs. In double configuration the recommended max load 55lbs in front seat and 33lbs in the rear seat." The E3 Survival Guide has the same words printed in the back. So, there is no weight limit on the extra seat when placed in front in the "baby & toddler configuration" except the max weight limit of 88lbs on the entire stroller. The extra seat has a weight limit of 33lbs only when placed on the rear of the stroller.
