Help identifying a double stroller I saw at the mall

I saw the coolest double stroller at the mall yesterday. The lady pushing looked to be in a hurry so I couldn't read the brand. Maybe someone can help me identify the brand and model.

--It was made for a younger child and a toddler. The younger child sat in the front forward facing and the toddler sat in the back (closest to mom/dad rear-facing.

--It had the smallest footprint I have ever seen for a double.

--The handle bar extended from the back of the stroller (in front of where the toddler would sit) all the way to the very front of the stroller. This was the most unique part that made it stand out from other Sit and Stand type strollers I have seen.

--It was not a joovy caboose or Sit and Stand.

Any help would be appreciated!

hmm...the pics on amazon make it look pretty big. would you say it is smaller than a joovey or sit and stand?
