Default A Must See for Expectant Parents

My birthing class instructor recommended www.maternitywise.org to us the other night for more information about labor relief methods and for general information to make informed decisions.

If you are like me and want as much information possible about labor relief check this web site out.

Cool! One of the MCA folks was the discussant when I defended my dissertation. They're wonderful. It's a great resource for current research. I really like their emphasi on evidence-based care.

Rachel,
I totally agree. I looked at this site after Sonia recommended it and it really was helpful getting over some of the delivery fears I've been having, particularly about delivery positions and medical interventions. I feel like I'm armed with better questions when I go to the hospital for the Labor and Delivery tour next weekend!

Allison, I did my dissertation research on childbirth and became kind of a birthnik in the process. If you have any questions about anything, I'd be glad to try to help!
