bad work day

I needed a quick break so I am posting for my first "B*tch" here.

I came into work this morning just like any normal day and greet my co-worker and boss. I get the look of death from both of them.

They found out we have to pack up and move our offices TODAY. We did know they were renovating our area, but this was supposed to be in January. You see, we are on the third floor of the building and we are supposed to be getting a window when we renovated. The contractors have no way to get their supplies here (they won't fit the elevators). So, our office will conveniently have a big opening that they can fit their supplies through.

We have one day to pack before movers come tomorrow.

Just had to vent. My break time is now over and must get to packing boxes.

Wow. There is nothing fun about packing and having to do it with no notice and presumably other things to do has to suck. ARGH! I hope you find something that you have been looking for or that you can a great window view so that there can be some little silver lining in this lame situation :)
