Default Bridesave.com

For all those thinking about using Bridesave.com please use caution. Back in August I ordered a Maggie Sottero gown from them. A week after I ordered the dress and paid in full, they called to say that Maggie had increased the prices in her dresses the day before I ordered my dress (a Sunday), so I was going to be charged the new price. We worked an agreement where I could use the difference in the price of the dress as a credit towards other merchandise they offered. When I ordered my invitations the credit was not applied to my order. I called Bridesave.com continuously for 3 months and each time they told me the credit had been applied to my credit card. Finally had to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau to get my credit. Other than issue with the credit, I did receive my gown about 2 weeks early and nothing was wrong with it. Also, my invitations were delivered correctly and very quickly.
