Rocker instead of Glider

Since the "Pottery Barn Chair Rocker" thread is almost at 1000 hits, I was thinking it would be great to take some facts off of the thread and include it into your next edition. Many people seem to think that the chair has a longer life than the glider and looks better in a living room after serving it's use in the nursary. Pottery Barn came out with the concept but many parents have found them else where for more than half the Pottery Barn price. So far, best deal is at JCPenny's with an online discount chair comes to $239 instead of Pottery Barns almost $1000
