Surviving the first few weeks..

I found that having a digital camera and using a free online photo sharing service such as snapfish.com or shutterfly.com makes getting those baby pics out to relatives much easier.

If the relatives are online, they can go view the pictures, pick the ones they want, and order prints.

Of course those relatives who aren't online will need you to do this for them, but it's still easier than taking the time to drop off film and pick up prints.

Also - one of the best baby gifts we got was coupons to have food delivered.
