For those of you awaiting cuspids/eye teeth

Yes, they are as bad as molars!!!!!

I know that's not what you wanted to hear, but the rumor appears to be true. We are getting 6 of them in right now (so close, but not close enough!)-all 4 for Jacob and 2 for Caleb. I do have to say that while the intensity is the same as molars, I think it will be over much quicker. Where the molars took months and were each a good week or so of serious grumping, these will be done fairly soon. Hopefully I'm not just kidding myself!

NOOOOOOOO Nicole, say it ain't so!!! I suppose you have it worse with a total of 8 to deal with, but you know I have a sheiker! I had thought Arielle was going through the beginning stages of teething last weekend, but now I'm not sure. We are so "behind" on the bottom with only the two front teeth and then huge gaps till the molars (looks so weird when she opens her mouth!) so I don't know what will come next.

I'd hoped for all of the molars to come at once so I could just have a hellish week or two instead of months of agony (for everyone). Three did start to come in within 10 days or so, but it still felt like mid-January to mid March was molar-season.

Yikes, I'll stock up on Mortin now!

Wow, it's amazing how kids can be SO different! DS was miserable with his molars for about a week before they came on through. Now he's getting his eye teeth and they are taking FOREVER. He's been desperately chewing on everything for two weeks now and all we have are the tips of the top two. Please, please, please let the other two break through soon!
