Default Need ideas for DH's b-day present

My DH's b-day is Oct 4, which I realized today is less than 3 weeks away. UGH! I have been so focused on the baby, I haven't even thought about what to get DH (bad Angela!). So here is a run down on Tim so maybe you can help me come up with ideas:

will be 26
really likes to watch sports (especially football and baseball)
is a Doctor of Pharmacy
likes to golf
he doesn't need any more clothes or hats!!!
likes video (PS2, Xbox, etc) games, but I have pretty much refused to buy those for him because it takes him away from me sometimes (selfish, I know)

I think his favorite gift I gave him was a graduation/anniversary gift where I bought a big collage frame and filled it with graduation pictures and his invitation, the tiny diploma they gave him, his first business card, and a little note I wrote. I decorated the outside of the frame and he really, really liked it (he wanted it hung in our living room instead of his office). I wish I could handmake something for him, but I honestly don't have the energy or drive to do that this year.

I thought about a gift certificate for golf, but he still has one on the fridge he got in July and still hasn't used it. I would also like something a little more personal, KWIM?

Since we have spent (and will spend) so much money on baby stuff I would like to keep this gift under $50 (I know that sounds cheap, but that's our budget right now!). Let me rephrase that--it *has* to be under $50. :)

TIA for any help, suggestions, and advice you can offer!

My poor DH still has 2 certificates he's not been able to use! His b-day is on the 28th of this month and I'm still at a loss! Golf was always the perfect gift...

I was going to get him tickets to the Dolphins game, but they stink this year, so not much fun driving 4 hours to see them lose...

Maybe a nice new pair of sunglasses... But I got that for him for Christmas... Still my back up gift though if it comes down to it. DH is a UPS driver, so he always needs a nice pair of sunglasses. ;)

Maybe a day out charter fishing? DH likes to do that... Might mean I'll have to go though...not my idea of a great time IYKWIM...

Ugh, I'm in your same boat! I'll be looking here for some ideas too!

How about some nice golf balls? Maybe that would motivate him to use the gift certificate?

Okay, here's something a little different. Do you know if you're having a boy or girl? What's your DH's favorite teams? Could you get a baby outfit of one of his teams, put it on your tummy, take a picture and frame it for him? Hmm...maybe that would make a better father's day gift....

Hmm...can you get tickets to a game these days for under $50? Maybe you could go to support a local (minor league) team... Not sure where you are, but I'm thinking of something like the Aberdeens Baseball team.

What's his favorite baseball team? You can by prints of some of the old stadiums framed. I bet you could do that for under $50.
A subscription to golf digest?
Does he read books? I can only find a great book or tow for my DH
Good luck.

Was he a chemistry major? DH was, and I bought him a t-shirt with the periodic table of the elements. The radioactive elements glow in the dark!
