Default Buying books, anything better than Amazon.com

Even better if they were connected to Ebates/Fatwallet. They don't have to be new books- they are for me.

Any suggestions?

I like barnesandnoble.com better then Amazon and they have a GREAT sale section "Sale Annex". They are connected to ebates too!

If you already know what books you want to get, then go to http://www.bestwebbuys.com and do a search for them there (searching by ISBN number is best). This website will compare every single online bookstore and give you a list of the prices from cheapest to most expensive. It even figures in the shipping cost for you (after you put in your zip code). I've ordered a ton of books and consistently it seems like the best deals have been found either through Half.com (which is attached to ebates) or the used books at Amazon. Sometimes the full price Amazon books are cheaper when you're spending at least $25 since then you get free shipping.

I've had good luck with www.buy.com. They had a few things for way cheaper than amazon, and another few that weren't available on amazon.

My very favorite bookstore in the world is Powell's Books in Portland, OR. Their website is pretty good and I've had good experiences ordering from them.

Yep, B&N... 3% at ebates. You can buy a membership for (I think) $25/year and get 10% off every purchase there.
