Technical difficulties: Thanks for your patience

As folks have probably noticed, the boards are experiencing technical problems---sometimes you may get an error notice when you try to connect, post, etc.

The problem is the board traffic is exceeding the capacity of the script (DCForum) that we use for the boards. As the boards have grown, we are overwhelming the software.

Fear not---we plan to move to a new board script shortly. Unfortunately, the move is going slower then we had anticipated. Importing this board (and all the past threads and user database) is taking a bit of time and effort. And we have to live with DC Forum a bit longer during the transition.

So, stay tuned! We hope to move to our new home shortly. Meanwhile, we appreciate your patience with the old software.

PS. While we hope to move all the threads to the new board, some may not make it. if you want to make a personal back up of any board material ( old threads or pictures), this would be a good time to do that!

Thanks to all of you that have been working so hard to figure this out and rectify the situation! I assume the process is already underway as today the board is working for me like it used to. I'm thrilled to be able to read and post again. Thank you so much for the boards and for keeping them going,
