I need shoe help, please!

I need new work shoes badly. I have a fairly narrow foot and everything slips off my heel. Many times I'll try on one size and it'll fit well everywhere except my toe will be touching in the front, so I'll try on the next size up and it's falling off. I usually wear Nine West or Naturalizer, but I have yet to find a shoe that's truly comfortable for work. I need about a 2" heel to work with my pants. Can anyone recommend a great brand that either comes in narrow, or fits a narrow heel well? I'm looking for loafer styles with the wider heels. TIA!
