Default RE: Those of you who said you've done the South Beach Diet

All variations on eggs: omlette, scrambled, fritattas (?sp) with cheese etc.
Non-breakfast stuff e.g. leftover grilled chicken (I know, disgusting, but I kinda like it....I'm also a leftover pizza for breakfast person:) )
You can have just the Canadian Bacon with low-fat cheese (never tried this, but an idea)
Cheese/plain lowfat yogurt
Banana custard (milk mixed with the diabetic sugar-free custard mix available at grocery store, I think its jello brand)

The last one really really helped if you're really sick of eggs and want something sweet.
