Default Oops

I have been making most of my cleaning supplies for a while now. I mostly use recipes from Clean House Clean Planet. ( this was the lead up)

Yesterday DH was making scrambled eggs for himself and Nathan when I got up. ( he was blowing off church to go to a golf tourney) Nathan kept saying eggies ucky which was odd because he loves his eggs. I told him he could get down and took his plate and caught a wiff of lemon. I looked over and sure enough he had picked up my homemade furniture polish that was sitting on the counter instead of the oil spritzer that was up in the cupboard. They are in the same container but since Im the only one who uses the furniture polish I never thougth to mark them. He had the funniest look on his face when I told him. Good thing its only olive oil, lemon juice , vinegar & water. LOL

** Yes the bottles are clearly marked now**

LOL! That's so funny! Thanks for the laugh! And thank goodness it was just the homemade furniture polish!

Default RE: Oops

oops. too funny. i finally made cute little labels for all my various homemade cleaning supplies in case any little ones ever got ahold of them when I wasn't around.

so you use fresh lemon juice in your furniture polish and you don't have to refrigerate? i've never tried since the CH,CP author said it would go bad or something if not refrigerated.
