The walk o long harness or saftey support

Has anyone heard of or used this product, I saw it at Bergstroms.

Any information would be appriceated, it look very interesting for my childs saftey and learning curve.

Some things it said on the packageing - helps w/ walking skills, and saves parents back pain- and for special needs, children.
