Default NYC hotels??

DH is turning 40 and I want to give him a suprise trip to NYC with our 3 kids (15YO DD, 5 DD, & 17-mo-old DS). Planning on traveling in early Nov (or Veteran's Day weekend) and seeing the Gazillion Bubble Show. I have usually stayed at the Four Seasons courtesy of some wealthy relatives, but this time I'm on my own so I wanted to explore other options for accommodations.

I tend to be high maintenance as I have a bit of OCD, as well as environmental allergies that require a clean room and decent linens (bedspreads set me off).

I'd like a fridge for my toddler's milk, but would manage without that.

Obviously it's NYC so we won't spend a lot of time in the room, but since my son doesn't sleep anywhere but a crib, one of the adults will be there for his nap.

It'd also be nice to be near the show, which is at New World Stage --340 W. 50th St. (between 8th & 9th Ave), but that is lowest on the list of priorities.

Any suggestions?!

TIA!
Michele
