Well I gave myself a break. I decided until Christmas I am not going to stress about getting my workouts in along w/Christmas shopping, cooking, cleaning, etc... So when Christmas is over I am back on. I figured I have been a good girl all year so I deserve a guilt free break.
How are the Christmas bunnies doing out there today? |

I'm with you, Julie! I worked out ZERO times last week. I am letting Christmas and my older son's bday be my priority right now, although I am definitely up for working out if I can fit one or two in this week - we'll see! But I am trying to eat reasonably well - trying to keep the cookie gorging to a minimum!

I"m waiting until after Christmas too. I need to get my house in gear by tomorrow. MIL comes in at 7:55 Weds. morning!

Well, since DD was sick all week, I didn't get to the gym at all. :( But on the upside, I lost 2 1/2 more pounds last week, after plateauing the week before that! Woo hoo!!
