I know that I heard of Huggies leaving gel balls all over the baby, but I didn't think Pampers would. Mike changed Martie and said it looked like someone salted her butt like a french fry. It was gross all of these little white specks. What is that chemicals? Eeeeww, I don't think I'll be using Pampers again.

Unfortunately, it can happen with ANY disposable diaper. While Huggies seems to be (anecdotally) more prone to leaving the gel residues, I had one bag of Pampers once that had this issue. But I never had another bag with that problem.

I had an occasional problem with gel balls in Pampers, and it happens all the time with our Huggies. The companies claim that there is no harm to the baby...

I found it all the time with Huggies, but not with other brands.
As for "What is that chemical?" Here you go... http://www.punkinbutt.com/diaperdrama_scene3_health.htm Mommy to Jonah
