Default Samuel's Soakers Vs. Nighty Newts

Even though I can't buy anything else until I graduate (beginning of August), I am eyeing what to try for night time diaper systems. Also, gotta buy when you can with these two sites since everyone loves them. So, who's tried both of these? Which is more absorbent? Softer? Better fit? Right now I have ME Air Flow covers I use at night, but am hoping to try a wool cover at some time. Is one better with wool than another? Any thoughts appreciated.

You might want to search through the last few weeks of posts - Beth (egoldber) provided a review of a number of hemp prefolds, including Samuel's Soakers. Beth's probably not up to posting right now, so I'm not sure if she will see your post and respond to it anytime soon.

I personally am a fan of FuzziBunz stuffed with two JoeyBunz for a nighttime system - this has not leaked on us yet!

For nighttime diapering, I LOVE my Nighty Newts and Aristocrat wool soaker!! Sorry I've never tried Samuel's Soakers. Here is what I love about NN: easy to snappie, quick dry, very soft and super absorbent! Before using NN, I was having "stinky pajamas" problem with 3 JBs in a pocket diaper or 2 JBs with a hemp fitted in an AirFlow (Maya is a super soaker).

Edited to add the link for hemp prefolds reviews (including Beth's Samual's soakers):

You might want to do a search of both on the www.mothering.com diaper boards. Here's one thread that has some info on the 2, but it looks like there a bunch of threads that might be helpful.

I haven't tried a Nighty Newt, but the SS are VERY absorbant. They are easy to snappi, but I do have some problems with the snappi staying. Also, since the diapers are made of a VERY stretchy hemp terry, they tend to stretch out overnight.
