Anyone heard of this? I've heard to put a silk liner in (instead of fleece) and it will help combat diaper rash and such.

Well silk is a natural fiber just like wool and does wick away moisture. My only problem with silk is the washing. Its not easy to care for at all and also even though its soft IMHO the friction caused when you put the silk liner inside the diaper on the private area is a bit harsher :(.... Wet some silk and rub it in you forearm and see for yourself....
