Anyone bought from princessandpea?

I purchased wipes from her on Dec.11. In Jan I emailed her about them and she immediately called me on the phone and was very nice and apologetic. She closed shop for Christmas minutes after I ordered and didn't open up until second week of Jan so she didn't notice my order. She said she would have them out to me very quickly. I still haven't received them. I emailed her over a week ago and haven't had a response. Has anyone dealt with her before or maybe someone knows whats going on. Its been 2 months! I know she is a WAHM and don't want to get too upset especially if somethings going on at home. Thanks for any help.

I believe I have had experience with her. Short story: It took a long time, but I did eventually get what I ordered. I wouldn't order from her again though.

Long story:
I ordered some spray lanolin from www.bobearsbabybums.com (BBBB) - after not receiving my order about a week later (it was an instock item) I emailed to check the status. I was told that the particular scent I ordered wasn't truly in stock and was supposed to be drop-shipped from the WAHM who made it (princessandpea -p&p). I waited, it still didn't arrive, and the WAHM behind BBB kept contacting p&pea mama, who said there were medical problems, family issues, etc etc but that her husband shipped my order out (which was not true - I never received it and she never offered proof of shipping, to my knowledge). Then p&p said she shipped it again, since the first shipment never came. The BBBB mama said she had had several other issues with p&p mama and would not longer be carrying her product line due to these issues. BBBB refunded my $ and the next day my spray lanolin arrived, with a few freebies and a written apology from p&p. IIRC, it was a little over a month, but less than two months, from placing my order to receiving the product. It was shipped through paypal so didn't have a postmark to prove when it was actually shipped. The shipping label was printed when she said she would send the second shipment.

Sigh. I'm sorry. I don't know if I would have gotten my order if the BBBB mama hadn't been involved, but she was very persistant to get my order to me. Hope your order comes soon! Has it been too long to file with paypal?
