Price adjustments at Target.com???

I just read the post about the free shipping deal at target.com http://www.windsorpeak.com/dc/dcboar...g_id=398&page= I just purchased the around the block wagon and 2 halo sleepsacks. I paid $70.94 with shipping and a 10% discount for the wagon and $44.46 for the sleepsacks. I could've saved $28 on shipping if I would have waited a few days to order. Does anyone know if they do price adjustments on shipping charges for internet orders? If I would return it and re-purchase it, I wouldn't get my original shipping reimbursed, so that won't work. I emailed them to see if they would do it, but any info would help.
