Fabric Picture Frame Instructions?

I would like to make plush fabric-wrapped picture frames with the coordinating fabric from the bedding scheme I have and then hang them with ribbonin the nursery.

Sounds like it might be a no-brainer for some, but for me I need instructions. Does anyone know of any good links or perhaps you know how to do this?
