Default Kefir yogurt drink while BF
Can I drink the Kefir yougurt while I breastfeeding? It says probiotics on the bottle. Just want to make sure before I drink it.

Totally safe as long as you are okay with dairy in general. Probiotics are the beneficial bacteria in yogurt too. Kefir and yogurt are almost the same.

The probiotics, if anything, would be beneficial in pregnancy
