Default Quick Food Question

I bought a pork tenderloin today that has a sell by date of today on it. Does that mean I also need to cook it today? If not, how much time do I have?

Thanks!

I would cook it in the next 2-3 days or freeze it today.

I'd probably cook it tomorrow or maybe the next day.

You definately have a few days past the sell by date, esp if your fridge is sufficently cold. I think salt roasted a pork tenderloin I accidentally kept in the fridge for 4 days post date. None of us got sick and we are all still living.
