Default Westwood or Sorelle Cribs?

I am looking at both the Westwood Stratton Crib and the Sorelle Isabella Crib set. They are both pretty similar in look, and they are both selling at Buybuybaby for around the same price.

Does anyone have either of these cribs/ dressers or have any experience with these makers in terms of quality, delivery, customer service, etc?

One of the main differences I noticed is that the Sorelle crib has wooden slats along the bottom of where the mattress goes, as opposed to the Westwood which has the springs. Which is better, or does it even make a difference?

Thanks for any advice.

I have a Sorelle crib, but it's an older model (2002) and comes with a spring mattress support. I also have an IKEA crib with a wooden base and I'd take the wooden base over the springs at any time -- it's very difficult to raise/lower the spring/metal crib mattress support on the Sorelle IME. No experience with the other brand.
