Anyone tried the oral Fleet Pedia-lax productrs: strips, chewables, or liquid stool softener? I'm having trouble getting DS to drink the Miralax and saw those in the store. I called my ped, but the nurse wasn't familiar with them so she's going to pass the message along to the dr. and see what she says.
It seems like they are varying levels- some work right away, others are more gentle taking 12-72 hours. Just looking for another option for this constipation issue. Thanks!

1/4 strip for my 19lb, 16 month old took about 10 hours to work and it worked great. We now use it about every other day or when needed. I like it a lot better than little tummies, and by the time she protests about the taste, it is dissolved.

I've been using them on my 9 yo dd. She loves the form of the strips. The dr said to give her 2 each morning. But when I tried that she became pretty crampy (it worked!). I'm now trying 1 strip every other day.

Haven't tried any of those, but that was the brand of enema that the ped gastroenterologist told me to look for when we had to prep DS for a colonoscopy.
