Default What would be your splurge for your VERY last baby???

A totally frivolous post!!

I really do not need a thing for this new baby, not a thing.

But, since that is entirely no fun, I have started thinking a bit about what I might need/want, as this is most definitely my last go-around.

So, if you had all the baby gear you needed, what would you splurge on???

A new carrier? A new stroller??

My splurge for this baby (who will very likely be our last) was relatively small - Robeez boots and Trumpette mary jane socks. I didn't buy anything like that for the other two, but they are so darn cute that I really wanted them this time around!

I have been wondering the same thing and coming up empty. I have just about everything that is necessary, but I keep wondering what I *want*.

Since one just does not simply walk into Mordor, I say we form a conga line and dance our way in.
Excuse me, are you in a play?

I think it would be a freakin' awesome stroller. We have the most basic Graco and it has been great for 2 years but I do eye those funky 3 wheelers.

I splurged on super nice baby announcements. They were gorgeous and I don't regret a penny.

I plan on splurging on a stroller. Or two.

I was considering splurging on fancy announcements, but then I got some that I can make myself at Target.

I'm not really splurging on this baby, but I reserve the right to buy something fancy if I want it, just haven't found anything that I really want.

I guess my first question is will the splurge item be strictly for me or for the kid? If it's for me, than I choose a cool diaper bag that I can use for travel later on. If it's for the baby, since I like cycling so much, I'd buy a little trailer thingy and yes that's the technical word for it I think those things are so cool!!

I'm splurging on a piece of Mommy jewelry that I'm having my jeweler make that I've had in my imagination for a long time. I have everything possible baby-wise, I want a little special trinket for myself.
