Default Anyone received Rewards R Us Certificates?
Has anyone received their TRU/BRU Rewards certificates yet? The website said they should be received no later than 01/07/09. I spent a lot of money there this holiday season, so I know I should have at least a few coming my way.

We got one for $5 just before Christmas. All of our shopping was done before Thanksgiving.

You can log on to their website to check your total spent to see what you'll get for rewards...It says that if you haven't received anything by Jan. 15 then call/contact them...

Click on the Rewards R Us link at the top of the TRU site...

Also, if you have receipts from purchases when you didn't have your card with you (like when I sent my husband out) you can log in the receipt info on the website to get credit for those purchases...A very cool feature of a not-so-great website overall...

I got a certificate a few days ago although it was not for the full amount indicated on the website. IMO, the website was great for tracking purchases as well as reward certificates earned, however, when the promotion ended, the section that showed your total rewards earned during the promotional period was pulled from the website which is frustrating!

I spoke with a customer service rep. yesterday and she mentioned that the certificates were printed on Xmas day as well as about a week later so final certificates will be coming in two mailings. I hope thats why I have not yet received the rest of mine! I had about $50 coming to me of which I received about $30...I want my other $20! I guess if I don't get it by the 15th I'll call back becasue we all know they have to be redeemed by the 31st.

What was the $ amount you had to spend to get certificates? And then what was the % back in certificates?

Default I just called CS
They said to expect them any day now. Also said that a new program for earning rewards started Jan 1 but they haven't told CS what the program is yet.

CS rep agreed that that was brilliant planning on their part (inser eyeroll!)
