Is there such a thing? I'm wondering about how to be somewhat discreet on our Jamaica trip. I would normally choose some kind of tankini.

Yep, Motherwear.com sells them.
http://www.motherwear.com/cat.cfm/cid/40 I found that a bathing suit with a halter style top worked really well though. You can just kind of slide yourself out. Just throw a tank top over top for a bit of coverage if you want some. I was at the pool every day last summer with a 6-9m old who needed to nurse while we were there and I had researched nursing bathing suits. I did think that I wanted a tankini if I wasn't getting a nursing swimsuit but in reality when the suit was wet it was hard to slide up and feed ds that way. I preferred to go up and over than under, if that makes any sense. Beth

I just used my old (before baby) bikini's. They have the triangle top and I would slide either side over as needed and slide it back when done. Worked great w/ out having to spend any extra $$!

I'm glad I searched a little in this forum b/c I was just coming here to ask the same question! I like the look of the halter tankini on motherwear, but can't decide if that second layer will be too hot? I might try it out anyway! ETA: Oops...I quoted this b/c I meant to ask you, Beth, did you just wear a regular halter style suite and untie the halter part, or were you able to just "pop out" w/o having to untie?!

I can do triangle tops usually but yah, 5 weeks post partum, when i plan to be in Hawaii, hopefully nursing, the term "scandalous" comes to mind when picturing myself in my old triangle tops. Not to mention what a mess I'm sure my tummy will be at that point too. Any other good 1 piece recs?

I tried my triangle tops on when DD was five months old. OMG- talk about scandalous!!! I am normally a small B and was still sporting the D-cup nursing bras at the time. I am already outgrowing those nursing bras with this pregnancy so who knows where I'll end up! Needless to say, my triangle tops will NOT be making an appearance this summer either- probably should go ahead and retire them!
