Default Is IKEA having a sale this weekend?
They seem to have deals on holiday weekends and wondered if anyone heard of one this weekend. I haven't gotten anything in the mail yet.

I saw a commercial for Ikea this morning that said sale ends July 5th.

I heard a commercial on the radio yesterday saying they were having a sale.

It didn't say what was on sale, though, and it didn't say when it started.

They've had the summer sale going on for a while now- you can check the website for specifics to your own store.

I guess I should rephrase- are they having any of those kick butt one day only deals? We bought ds1 a Hemnes dresser 2 years ago over Thanksgiving weekend while it was a deal of the day and saved a ton of money.

Those are called Seize The Day sales, and there aren't any planned that I know of. If you sign up for their emails, they'll notify you when is coming up, and they're on the homepage as well- I haven't gotten any since the Expedit one.

We just a flyer in the mail. $10 off $5 through the 5th and several pieces of furniture on sale (but one or two pieces every day- not the whole time.
