Default Folding tip for all baby jogger owners!!

Someone posted this about a week ago on stroller swap and i tried it out yesterday and it's GENIOUS! love the idea of the fold on my bjccd, but it's weird when the handlebar goes crashing to the ground and then i've gotta lift that think up into my suv....The tip is roll the stroller up to your trunk with the handlebar against the trunk. Now stand on the side of the stroller and lift the two straps and use the handlebar as a pivot and put stroller in the trunk (front wheels will end up on top of handlebar closest to door of trunk). To get out just do the opposite!! it totally works and makes it sooo much easier! Hope i explained that right!

No! That's one of the reasons we did not buy the duallie!! It pushes like a dream tho!! I feel your pain, i could not even get that single bob into my trunk without swearing!

the only reason I bought a bob duallie over a Baby Jogger is so i could go running. I wish I could just park the thing in a garage, but we live in an apartment so in and out of the storage closet it goes

oooh...great tip. thanks! we normally use our BJCE for walks around the neighborhood, so haven't tried putting it in the car yet. it does seem really heavy to lift high into an SUV, so this tip is great!

I forgot to try this yesterday. I do have to say that it was much easier to get our BJCED in/out of the CR-V than from the Odyssey. I think because it is a deeper trunk, not just a shelf, it is harder.

works well on my jeep grand cheerokee but yes, you do have to have a deep trunk to do this (suv probally). It makes me love my bjccd even more, it was so awkward to fold and lift before

I gotta try this the next time I put the stroller in our SUV. Fortunately, I've only had to do it once.

I think you are right! I am finding that the deeper trunk definitely makes it harder to get things in and out of our new van.
