Default Which sites do you check for product reviews?

I usually check Consumer Reports, but was wondering what other sites people use. TIA

Consumer Reports is always my first stop. I then head over to a site like Amazon and check out customer reviews on the products I am looking for. If it's a baby item I then come to the BBB as well.

I like Epinions for reviews.

I mostly check Amazon or just google it with "review" and read whatever random things pop up. That is, I do those two after searching here.

Sometimes if I am not finding much to go on, I will google the item along with "hate" or "love". I figure if people have extremely bad or good opinions, they usually put them online.

I love this site because they do the leg work for you. They summarize Amazon, Consumer Reports, etc. I always read the short and long reports. I LOVE it.

Amazon, or the product specific website. I also have searched here, however I wish there were more product reviews vs. having to look through individual posts.

This is a great resource for me because I think we mostly seem to think alike as most of us are researchers by nature and we all have kids, which led us to BB in the first place

I also check Amazon.com. Epinions has slowed down a lot, IME, but I used to check that years ago.

i always go to amazon.com first. they carry everything and have many reviews on most items. i always read the 2-3 star reviews first. lots of one star clients are bitter. 2-3 stars don't like the product generally, but they give more thorough description of the pros and cons.

i also like to use epinions.com. although they don't always have what i am looking for.
