Default Toys down the heating vent what to do?
DS2 is such a different kid than DS1 - DS1 never did this. DS2 pulled the vent cover off the heating/cooling vent and started throwing magnetic letters from the fridge down there. I have no idea how many made their way down before I discovered him. Is there an easy way to retrieve them or is this going to cost me money?

Not sure, but we close the floor vents in the summer. Right now we have M & D cake toppings in the closed vent.....

I'd say just leave 'em in there. I'm sure we left some puzzle pieces and magnetic letters in the vents of our former home. LOL!

Have you reached in to see if you can grab them yet? I have retrieved some things from our floor vents this way. If you have a shop vac, you could try that too.

me too. ours curve and then run parallel to the floor above. usually stuff only goes about 6-8 inches in. you may find some stuff you weren't expecting as well...like cat hair, cheerios and missing library books. happy hunting.
