Default toddler board and rough terrain

in your opinion how rough of a terrain could a toddler board handle? cobblestones perhaps? or would that really be pushing it?

I don't think a toddler board would be good for cobblestones. We have the hitch hiker which is great and very stable but I ask my DS to hold on if we are going through bumpy terrain as the board definitely does not cushion bumps much.
