Default gliders--armrests too low?

Hi,

I am due in November with my first and in the market for a glider. I find that many of them, while very comfortable in the store, have arm rests that are a little low for me, I have a very long torso and back/neck problems. I figure I might do okay with my nursing pillow (will be getting the Brest Friend pillow), but I'm afraid I might regret taking the chance when my back is aching due to the arm-armrest distance! Has anyone else had this problem, and what have you done about it? Are there gliders with armrests that work better for long-waisted moms? I want it to be supremely comfortable for all the nursing, especially for the investment that it requires.

(BTW: I am pasting this from a previous post because all replies were addressing a different question that I included in that post. Thanks!)

Katherine
