Any 0 % transfer fees for credit cards???

I am looking for a credit card offer that either doesn't have a transfer fee or that caps it. I can't seem to find one... any suggestions? We have great credit but I can't find a card that doesn't charge less than 3% with no cap???

I don't know of any, but I've found that the "finance" forum at fatwallet.com is a great source for credit card information.
