What is the difference between regular aquaphor and "baby" aquaphor?

Baby Aquaphor was cheaper! I had expected it to be the other way around, which is part of why I was confused. I almost bought the target brand but didn't at the last minute.

Absolutely nothing. I had the same question because I was given a huge bag of samples of the regular stuff, so I called their consumer line to find out.

I posted about this once, and the answer I got was...there's no difference! They just want you to buy one for adult and one for baby...Here's the thread:

Usually the baby version of a product is more $, but in this case it was a better deal!

Only difference is the price. I usually have to do the per-ounce math to figure out which is going to be cheaper depending on where I am shopping and which they have on sale. For us, it was cheaper to buy the adult versions since it was on sale and the baby version wasn't.

no difference. my husband is a pharmacist & urges me to read the "active ingredients" listing on products. I was always a "name brand" junkie, that is until we got married... he is a firm believer in generics, simply b/c active ingredients that are in equal proportions makes for the very same product. The only difference you might find is that the "fillers" are only slightly different. Generics/ Store Brands usually get the job done just fine... but trust me, when it comes to Downy Brand for washing my clothes.... there is no store brand that is an equal!!!! -- BTW, I would like to start a new thread, but I have no idea how.... can someone help me?????

Doesn't it have to do with the pkging? Baby aquaphor comes in a tube, while the regular stuff comes in a jar? I don't remember, but I've bought a big jar of the CVS version and it worked just as well, for about 1/2 price. Man, that jar lasted a longggggg time!
