Default Seat for sitter (4 & 7 yr old)

We have a sitter that will be picking the kids up from school at least once per week, possibly 2 or 3 times per week. My 4 year old weighs 39 pounds and is 40 inches. My 7 year old weighs 60 pounds and is 50 inches. My 7 year old sits in a Monterey hbb in my car. I could possibly leave that seat in the office for her to pick up and put in her car. But, I feel sorry for her. She has a couple of kids also and one is just 15 months old. So, I don't want her to have to go into the office and drag the car seat to her car. It can be heavy and awkward and that would be very hard to do with a little one. I have an older model Safeguard Go. Have they changed them recently? Weren't they sold to another company or something? So, the Safeguard Go could be used for my 4 year old as 5 point, if it works with her vehicle or used as a backless booster for the 7 year old. I'm just still nervous about backless boosters. I'm thinking we should buy at least one car seat or booster seat and possibly two that can be left with her.

Any advice?

Thanks,
Linda

I would use the Go for the 4 yo and get something like a TurboBooster for the 7 yo if she still fits with the back on. If she doesn't fit the Turbo with the back, maybe look for a Recaro Vivo - taller and not too bad to move around.
