Gymbucks Earning...so soon again?

I will never be able to use my merchandise credit that I've been carrying around for 6 months! I seems like it's always Gymbucks time and you can't use MC if you earn or redeem GB.

I suppose I could just buy stuff and not earn, but that seems like a waste. Didn't GB used to be maybe 3-4 times a year? It seems constant now!

I totally agree. I think with all the Gymboree promos this past year, I've been Gymboreed out! I couldn't even spend 2 of my 3 Gymbucks from last week and ended up giving them away. Plus their stuff just isn't as cute as it used to be...

They started to do it like this about 3 cycles ago so it has been constant for I think 9 months now! I don't like it either. I have a huge credit and think I'm going to wait until next year to use it!!!

I think it tales a lot of the fun & excitement out of the whole thing...I used to look forward to Gymbucks, now it's non-stop...you're either earning or redeeming, so no big deal anymore.

Funny that you said this. I was there today buying a couple of things and the girl said, you're only 20 away from a gymbuck. I was like, "what, already?!" She said yep, they've been giving them one day between earning and redeeming and just continue it on. I was like, forget it, I got way too sucked in this last time!

I am actually enjoying this as it really helps when we are buying clothes for our foster kids

I had a merchandise credit to use up and they were like oh you're xx amount from a gymbuck. I said forget it! I mean I like Gymboree but it's expensive...especially if you can get really cheap but decent stuff from Old Navy and Gap during a good sale. I just didn't want to get roped it. I think they've realize repeat customers come if they do this constant loop of earning and redeeming gymbucks.
