If you don't mind baking yourself, Betty Crocker makes gluten free cake mixes in Devil's Food and Yellow flavors. I have found them at SuperTarget.

Since one just does not simply walk into Mordor, I say we form a conga line and dance our way in.
Excuse me, are you in a play?

Cherrybrook Kitchen has gluten free cake mixes. Whole Foods carries them.

If you'd rather buy them already made, I know there are a few vegan bakeries in my area that offer them.

Does it have to be cupcakes? I heart the Betty Crocker brownies, they are as good as gluten-filled brownies. And Whole Foods sells a bunch of GF cakes.

If you're allowed to bring in homemade cupcakes, King Arthur Flour has a new line of gluten-free mixes! http://www.kingarthurflour.com/glutenfree/

The only GF cake mix I see is a chocolate one. We haven't tried the gluten-free ones yet (they just came out last week), but I've never had a bad experience with KAF products.

Otherwise, this is a from-scratch GF chocolate cake recipe http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recip...te-cake-recipe

Good luck!
