Anyone familiar with the In-Step Run Around Stroller?

I'm looking for a single jogging stroller that we'll use for a couple of years only so I came across the In-Step Run Around since it's a great price. (I've been unsuccessfully looking for a used BOB ). Has anyone used this stroller? Some of the online reviews I googled noted that it's really heavy - as in, too heavy to push up hilly road terrain? I'm a fairly strong woman, I think, but my son alone weighs (what feels like) a ton.

Anyway, would love some thoughts on the stroller or anything else that comes close. Baby Trend gets bad reviews so I don't want to look into those.
