I pay $20 + tip to get it cut around 6 times/year, so $120.

I don't color or use products in it and I'm good with the shampoo I get for free.

I would say somewhere in the range of $550. I hi-lite my hair but I don't do it as much as most since my hi-lites are not too much lighter than my natural color. I pay about $140 (with tip) when I go for a cut/hi-light appt. (about four times a year).

Most years $0. I have neglected my hair for the past 2 years. I hate doing anything for myself and I just trim it myself. I will be getting it done next week though.

I get mine cut/highlighted every 8 weeks. It's $70 each time and I don't tip (The girl I go to does it out of her house and sets her prices herself). I don't use expensive shampoo and the only styling product I use is grocery store hairspray and static guard for flyaways. So about $560/year.

I spend about $80--100 for cut/color every 6-8wks; then about $10-15/mo on products.

I spend nothing. My mother cuts my hair several times a year.

About $70 every 6-8 weeks (color and cut), then say $10 a month on product. So around $600 a year?

The biggest mistake I made is the one that most of us make...I did not live in the moment enough. I wish I had not been in such a hurry to get on to the next thing: dinner, bath, book bed. I wish I had treasured the doing a little more and the getting it done a little less. - Anna Quindlen
