See Kai Run - do they run big or true to size

Looking to pick up SKR sandals, so my LO would be wearing these w/out socks. She is in between 5 and 5.5, closer to 5.5. They only have whole sizes but some people say they run big? Would you recommend 5 or 6? This would be for this season only.

You don't want sandals to be too big for a new walker b/c of the tripping factor. DD wore a SR 6.5 and SKR 6 at the same time. Same thing for SR7.5/ SKR 7, etc. Because they are only full sizes, they have to "be" the bigger size in a range, if that makes sense. Same with Target sandals.

I agree with WatchingThemGrow - they do run bigger than those that also sell half sizes. They are also a little wide. I love their shoes and sandals, though!

Oh, yeah, duh me! DD wore SR 6.5W/SKR 6 at the same time. They fit a wide foot well. When a cousin (not wide) tried them on, they slipped off her normal width foot.
