My coworker - what a jerk

The guy is a complete tool. Hes young, and is convinced hes smarter than everyone else. He is very clickish at work amongst coworkers. You are either in his club, or out. He will sit in a room and completely ignore select people, and not even look at them when they speak. He is mean to very nice people in the office, I dont get.

So this guy is married. He has developed a strangely close friendship with a non-attractive female coworker. She holds a much higher position than him. Outside of work, they behave strangely, like engaging in foot races, seriously. Lite two ten year olds. His wife was there and was not phased.

Today my cell phone rings. He thinks its her. He recognizes my voice and acts like he has a bad connection and hangs up on me. What? Two minutes later he knocks on my office door and trys to make up something. He cant speak to me and now he lies to me? I dont think they are fooling around, but there is certainly an affair of the heart happening.

Dude, dont be a jerk to me at work then call me and hang up and lie about it. I will CALL YOU OUT ON IT AND I KNOW YOUR WIFE. Ass.
