Unhappy Bugaboo Bee plus troubles! Anybody has them too?

I just talked to bugaboo and they were super unfriendly about it because I was
the first person with a complained about the Bee Plus

But since the first day I have been super disappointed.
I had the old bee and loved it so I got the Bee Plus so I could change the seat
directions (never attempted it at the old bee - too many steps)
Anyway my old bee was a 2007 and steered great and I got the new one and it
doesn't.
I have to use 2 hands to keep it straight and I noticed that the left wheel
wobbles left to right and if I go a little faster it does it very much
Almost to the point of tipping over the stroller.

So I talked to bugaboo and they said I was running and I was not supposed to do
that! So you are telling me I am just supposed to let my 2 year old run in the
Street because my $700 stroller will tip over when I try to run after her -
awesome! And I paid how much for that!!
Anyway they are sending me a replacement wheel but the wheel is not the problem
I told her I already switched them over and the left side is still wobbling with
the wheel from the other side.
I also did not mention it to her because I though if I say anything else
negative about the bee plus she is going to hang up on me but the clamps on the
handlebar - when I adjust it - never want to close
I always have to move the bar up and down till they will close - does anybody
else have that problem?
I don't recall my old bee doing that
so I really don't know what to do about this! They are just going to send me
anew wheel but it don't think this will resolve the problem of the left wheel
going crazy!
Anybody any thoughts?

Highly frustrated Bugaboo plus Owner

Does your stroller look like it tilts to one side? There was a thread about that on here in the past couple of weeks and I have seen both an old Bee and a new Bee in stores like this. They literally look like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It is something strange about the frame - maybe the handle isn't pulled out evenly?

I was having trouble with my Bee frame. I showed it to my dh who informed me that I wasn't opening the frame all the way, so it was lopsided.

That would totally make sense! I thought it had to be something with the handle not being pulled out all the way/evenly.

There are actually markings on the sides. The frame needs to be open to the green part on both sides. If it locks in the red part, you need to close it and try again.

Every time I've had trouble adjusting the handlebar, I've realized that I haven't opened the stroller fully.

I'm not having the wheel problems, though. But I don't have a speedy toddler...

Good luck!
