Default Kohls Price Adjustment Question

Does anyone know if I can take a coat back for a price adjustment using the 30% off mailer--the coat's price is the same, but the 30% off is huge. BUT I have already removed the tags (gone) and worn it . . .

Why not just buy another one and return it with your old receipt? The end result is the same.

Go to Customer Service first with your coupon. They might just adjust it for you without having to do the whole buy & return dance. I have found Kohl's to be REALLY helpful with that kind of stuff lately.

If you bring in your receipt, they told me you can get a PA at any time if your coupon falls within the time frame that you bought the item. Otherwise, they'll prob let you return and rebuy with the coupon (even wo/tags). I did that once b/c I knew a coupon sale was coming up, but I didn't want to shop for all my items again (it took a long time). I asked ahead of time if I could come back tomorrow and return them and rebuy with the coupon that comes out, and they said yes.

Another thing I discovered--bought a pair of pants using a 30% off coupon, had to return and get a different size in store (they didn't have that size online). I told the SA that I got them for 30% off online, etc. , and she honored that discount right at the register!

That would be considered an even exchange. Just did this with shoes. Bought some online using a 30% code. They didn't fit. I found a DIFFERENT pair at the store but the same retail price, and they did an even exchange for me. They will do that for anything that is the same retail price.
