That is hilarious! I love the haven't slept since 2005.

I have to confess I started making home-made Kale Chips this year - - DH won't stop making fun of me but they are good!

On Saturday we got our boys McDonalds hamburgers, which were free with TOTing coupons from a neighbor. But then we brought them home and served them with homemade kale chips instead of fries. My boys do love kale chips.

Um, about these kale chips, is there a recipe somewhere? It's for a friend.

Tell your friend that kale chips are super easy. Wash kale, dry well, tear or cut up, toss with oil and salt (I like sea salt or kosher but any salt is fine), put on baking sheet and bake about 10 minutes or so on about 250 degrees or so. I can't remember the time to bake - - I would just check and assess after five minutes. To save cleaning a bowl, I often just put kale on baking sheet and use a condiment bottle filled with olive oil to drizzle oil (or olive oil sprayer would work too) and then shake salt and toss kale on baking sheet.

We just had a virus on our computer and everything was deleted. So this is from memory--I'd like to hear others' recipes too.

Wash and then tear up the kale into bite-sized pieces.

Toss them in olive oil, parmesan cheese, and kosher salt.

Bake at 325 for 15 minutes (but I'm not sure about this). Yum!

ETA that I just saw that another mom was typing when I was. My recall might be wrong on the temp and number of minutes, so I'd suggest following her recipe.
