Radian XTSL or Radian80SL? Accessories?

I think I've narrowed my options to the XTSL or 80SL, but I honestly am having a hard time trying to figure out the difference. I've found them about $25-$30 difference in price (with the XTSL being more). Can someone help me out with this?

Also, are the accessories like the seat protector (that goes under the car seat) and/or on top of the see (for potty training days) worth it? Any choices on the best ones, or would you recommend the ones from Sunshine Kids?

I believe the XTSL comes with a carry strap, so purchasing one would not be required, right?

I'm hoping to decide this week as BRU has the 10% back for rewards members.

The XTSL has head wings for head protection, so I would go with that one. I don't have any accessories for my car seats. BTW, seat protectors are not safe to use with car seats as the car seat may not be installed correctly with one and it may shift around in an accident.
