Default Thank you Gymobree

I had an issue with an order not going through. I called, they helped me place my order with what was still in stock. They honored my discount code, even though I had tossed the card after placing the order that disappeared into the ether. My package just arrived and not only was I happy with the clothes, but they included plaid gift boxes, tissue paper, ribbon and labels for each item. It's beautiful red fabric ribbon, too. This is perfect, I can just put each of these items in my suitcase and wrap them when we get to my moms, each item will have just what it needs to be placed under the tree, no extra planning on my part. I love finding a job I thought I had ahead of me done already! Thanks Gymbo!

That is really nice. There is nothing quite as nice as really thoughtful customer service.
